Features of D1P-24-20-PCB Avatar Instruments Power Controller

The Avatar Instruments D1P-24-20-PCB is a proportional, infinitely variable power controller capable of delivering 1-98% of the applied line voltage to directly connected electric heaters. This is accomplished by phase angle firing a TRIAC. NOTE: The D1P WILL NOT control heaters with high inrush current such as quartz lamps (tungsten lamps), transformers or motors. The controller is to be used only in industrial and commercial applications and must be Installed in a grounded enclosure by a Qualified Electrician. Please note that I2T fusing is required and is NOT INCLUDED with the unit.

• Fuse Requirements: Semi-Conductor I2T (NOT INCLUDED)
• Input Signal: A PCB Mounted Setpoint Potentiometer that is Adjustable Using a Small Screw Driver
• Output Voltage: 1 to 98% of Supply Voltage (Adjustable with PCB Mounted Potentiometer)
• Warning: This Controller is to be used in Industrial and Commercial Applications Only. The Controller Must Be Installed in a Grounded Enclosure by a Qualified Electrician. Provide a Safety Interlock on Door to Remove Power Before Gaining Access to Device and Include a Proper Fuse.
